Yes. I give legal advice to owners and entrepreneurs selling a business and to industrial buyers and investors making an acquisition. Both perspectives receive the same attention.
02Where are you based and which areas do you cover?
The office is at Sundstorget 2 in Helsingborg. I work with owners and acquirers in Skåne, Halland and Småland, and also take on engagements elsewhere in Sweden and internationally.
