Liljedahl Advisory has served as legal advisor to the owners of 3etage Fastighetsmäklare as well as the owners of Valvet and Valvet House of Business in connection with the establishment of Courtier Group.
Courtier was launched in 2025 as a new brokerage group with the ambition to bring together locally strong brands under a common umbrella. According to Courtier's press release, the group was established together with Valvet, House of Business and 3etage and raised 50 MSEK in growth capital.
