Liljedahl Advisory has advised the Hallgren family on the sale of Nivex Topsafe Group to Lagercrantz Group AB (publ).
Nivex Topsafe Group is a leading player on the Swedish market for secure storage, with products such as safety cabinets, fire-protection cabinets and safe rooms. The company has operations in Sweden and Poland, revenues of approximately SEK 100 million and strong profitability.
Through the transaction, Nivex Topsafe Group becomes part of Lagercrantz' Niche Products division. Axel Hallgren continues as CEO and will lead the company forward within Lagercrantz Group.
