Liljedahl Advisory has advised the founders of Samskapa on the sale of Samskapa to Atviva.
Samskapa is a leading provider of care and treatment for children and young people with complex needs. Since 2016 the company has delivered comprehensive solutions across HVB, LSS, supported living, foster care and outpatient services.
In connection with the transaction, Samskapa's founders and management become co-owners of Atviva. By joining Atviva, Samskapa gains a long-term, development-oriented owner that can support continued growth and quality investments, while the company continues to evolve with its identity intact.
